My two Whippets have their own blog so Ithought maybe I should have one to!
My Whippets and I are in the planning stages of taking off to live the life of wandering travellers all over Australia - we anticipate being on the road from next May for an indefinate period, possibly the rest of our lives!
The next 10.5 months will be very busy and interesting I feel!

About Me

Whippetsaroundoz: I am Annie, the designated driver of Clancy and Connor, the two Whippets whose Blog this is, I got the gig because I am the only one with a driving licence and legs that reach the pedals in the 'House on Wheels'. A bit about me, quick while I can get a word in before Clancy notices! Left of centre describes me quite well - at mid fifties I feel I can be a tad eccentric now. Weird but well developed sense of humour, healthy mistrust of authority, government, business and advertising people! The Whippets are Clancy and Connor. Clancy is doing obediance trialling and Connor will too in a while. Connor is being a 'show off' show dog when the mood takes him (and me,) first and foremost though they are my best mates, navigators, dish washers and walking companions! We intend living on the road full time from May 2011, although in a way we already are as I have no home of my own and at present share a house in Darwin where I am doing some contract work for the time being. Can hardly wait until next year - only 10.5 months to go now! SEE YOU OUT THERE!
